We have experience building menus and recipes for restaurants that are looking to give their food program an incremental boost. We specialize in training staff, refining procedures, purchasing, costing and getting your restaurant access to better ingredients and services. We also work with companies to develop recipes for product testing and standardization, including magazines, cookbooks or cooking classes.

We have a tried and tested history by creating memorable events within Canada and across the globe:

  • The Culinary Labs series partnered Edmonton’s Economic Development with some of Canada’s best chefs to create a memorable experience for over 300 patrons to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday. Guests dined on the 27th floor of Edmonton Tower, where they experienced an eclectic and individualized tasting menus made by each of the professional chefs.

  • Fare Folk in Glasgow Scotland. Teamed with Fare Magazine (a Uk based Publication) to create a small intimate series of dinners over the course of three days to celebrate food and travel.

  • Foodball Toronto is a charity that brings Chefs from across the world to raise funds for Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto Ontario. David helped Alan Fogal(founder) create a series of dinners that raised over $700,000
