CULINARY LABS series
Culinary Labs is a collaborative effort between EEDC and Chef David Leeder to present a series of dinners throughout the Edmonton downtown area as apart of the Downtown Vibrancy Program.
Established in 2015, Dela was the flagship popup series which united Chef David Leeder and Bartender Elizabeth Yu. Together they produced an innovative tasting menu and dinner experience with natural wine and cocktail pairings.
Established in 2017, Fare Folk is a collaborative popup between Ben Mervis of Fare magazine (formerly of Noma) Bakery 47 and Chef David Leeder to create a innovative dining experience in Glasgow Scotland to promote the Glasgow dining scene and utilize Scottish ingredients.
