Edmonton Economic Development Corp. (EEDC) and Chef David Leeder partnered to bring a two-part series to Edmonton called Culinary Lab Series. Culinary Labs gaves Edmontonians the opportunity to experience international and national talent in an unconventional way.
Culinary Lab (CL01) launched April 9, with Leeder bringing his Nordic cuisine training to the table and collaborating with Edmonton’s well known chef, Edgar Gutierrez of Rostizado. Together they turned their kitchen into labs to create the most unforgettable Sunday dining experience Edmonton has seen.
Culinary Lab 02 | Canada 150 Dinner gave the opportunity to amplify the innovative and diverse culture of this country through food. This event intersected different Canadian industries (culinary, music and design) while showcasing the nuances of various Canadian cities.
Five Canadian chefs came together in downtown Edmonton to create a long table outdoor dinner to celebrate Canada and its 150 years on the unfinished 27th floor and balcony of Edmonton Tower.
