Chef David Leeder
From Edmonton, Alberta Canada. David's culinary history has taken him through many of Europes top kitchens. Starting his career working in San Sebastian Spain for Chef Martin Berasategui, later joining the teams at Noma/108 in Copehagen Denmark and working as Head Chef of Restaurant Frenchie in Paris France as one of the contributing members to the restaurant earning its First Michelin Star for the 2018-2019 Season
David has also partnered with Fare Magazine, a Glasgow-based publication, to do a series of pop-up dinners in Scotland.
In Canada David has made an impression on the popup dining scene under "Dela" a collaboration dinner series partnered with the talented Bartender Elizabeth Yu.
In 2017 David partnered with Edmonton Economic Development to produce Culinary Labs: A series of dinners to promote the Edmonton Downtown Vibrancy Program and Canadas 150th Birthday. 300 Guests dined on food prepared by David and guest Chefs from across Canada on the 27th floor of Edmonton Tower.
