David Leeder is a Chef from Edmonton Alberta Canada. Davids culinary history has taken him through many top kitchens in the world including 3 Michelin Starred Martin Berasategui in Lasarte Spain. Noma and Relae in Copenhagen Denmark and was one of 6 cooks hand selected to help open Restaurant 108 and 108 at Noma popup in 2016. In Canada David has established himself as a mainstay in the Edmonton Popup scene as a Co-Founding the Dela popup series which united Chef & Bartender in a collaborative effort to produce an innovative dinner experience for guest.

In 2016 David Founded ÆSC Bar & Vin, A popup series revolving around by the glass natural wines, standing bar and share plates.

In 2017 David was the first representative from Edmonton Alberta Canada to be invited to Raw:Almond, a month long popup/collaborative which sees many of the best chefs in canada throw a dinner series on a restaurant built on the Forks in Winnipeg Manitoba 

David's culinary vision is to present a meal that is executed with care and precision, and to highlight seasonal Canadian ingredients in a thoughtful way.
